3. Baba au Rhum
The Baba au Rhum is one of the most famous desserts in Paris. It is a small yeast cake, often studded with dried fruit, that is served drenched in a rum syrup. Most places will offer typical flavours such as chocolate, raspberry and vanilla. However, you’ll also find some very inventive flavours around.
